There has been a new generation of copiers for sale in Charlotte the last few years.  It is the smaller Letter/Legal capable copier.  You may not like these copiers, they may not “look like a copier”… the problem is they can save your business thousands of dollars and they are just as reliable as the “real copiers” for most businesses.

The Xerox WorkCentre 6400, for example, is a copier with the speeds in the mid 30’s and a price in the mid to upper $3000’s.  A similarly equipped “real copier” is likely to run close to $7,000.  So, we just want to point out this technology is around, that you don’t have to break the bank on a lot of your copier purchases.  If you insist on a “real copier,” we are happy to help, but before we do, don’t be surprised if we ask if you might want to consider a smaller copier for uses under 10,000 pages a month.
